Richard Rühl

Chief of Staff

Richard Rühl verantwortet als Chief of Staff die Entwicklung und Umsetzung zentraler Projekte. Er bringt langjährige Führungserfahrung aus einer leitenden Position bei einer der größten Baumarktketten Deutschlands mit, wo er internationale Expansionskonzepte umsetzte.
Er war am Aufbau und der Strukturierung mehrerer Start-ups im In- und Ausland beteiligt und gründete zwei eigene Unternehmen in der Alkoholindustrie. Ein besonderer Fokus seiner Arbeit liegt im Sportbereich, insbesondere im Aufbau von Partnervereinen sowie der Entwicklung internationaler Sportkonzepte.
As Chief of Staff, Richard Rühl is responsible for the development and execution of key projects. He gained extensive leadership experience in a senior role at one of Germany’s leading DIY retail chains, where he supported the implementation of international expansion concepts.
He has contributed to building and structuring multiple start-ups in Germany and abroad and founded two companies in the alcohol industry. His work focuses particularly on sports, including the development of partner clubs and the creation of scalable international sports concepts.
