Croyden Queens Square Campus

Das ehemalige Nestlé-Gelände in Großbritannien steht derzeit leer und wurde teilweise zurückgebaut. Die Anlage gilt als architektonisch bedeutendes Beispiel britischer Architektur der 1960er-Jahre. Für das Areal wurde ein Entwurf für einen Campus der »BRIT School« entwickelt. Vorgesehen sind unter anderem die Brit Hall mit Studios und Hörsälen sowie ein Hotel, eine Bibliothek, ein Museum, ein Fitnessstudio und Wohnungen. Das gesamte Gelände ist mit begrünten Dachflächen geplant.
The former Nestlé site in the UK currently stands empty and has been partly demolished. The complex is regarded as an architecturally significant example of 1960s British architecture. For the site, a design for a “BRIT School” campus was developed. Plans include the Brit Hall with studios and lecture theatres, as well as a hotel, a library, a museum, a gym and apartments. The entire site is planned with green roof areas.
