Das Buddenbrookhaus, Handlungsort von Thomas Manns Roman Buddenbrooks und Stammsitz der Familie Mann, gehört zu den erfolgreichsten Literaturmuseen in Deutschland. Die Besucherzahlen, die wachsende Sammlung, die größer werdende Bibliothek – sie haben das Haus an den Rand seiner Kapazitäten geführt. Nun wird in einer längeren Bauphase die Fläche der Ausstellung verdoppelt. I.Q. Projektmanagement hat für die 7-jährige Schließung die Baustellenkommunikation übernommen.
The Buddenbrookhaus, the setting of Thomas Mann’s novel Buddenbrooks and the ancestral home of the Mann family, is one of the most successful literary museums in Germany. Visitor numbers, a growing collection, and an expanding library have pushed the house to the limits of its capacity. The exhibition space is now being doubled in a lengthy construction phase. I.Q. Projektmanagement took charge of the communications for the seven-year closure.
